FAQ
What is partial staging?
Partial staging is a property styling service where only some areas or rooms of a property are styled, rather than the entire home. It is typically used when a property already has existing furniture, but additional styling and layers are needed to enhance the homes appeal and make it more attractive to potential buyers.
In partial staging, the stylist rearranges the existing furniture and incorporates finishing touches like artwork, decor, linen and greenery. The goal is to create a cohesive and inviting space that highlights the property’s best features while keeping costs lower than full staging.
What is a presale consultation?
A presale consultation is a service provided by a property stylist or interior designer before a property goes on the market. During this consultation, the expert evaluates the home and offers advice on how to make it more appealing to potential buyers.
The goal of a presale consultation is to help homeowners prepare their property for sale by making it look its best, increasing its appeal, and potentially boosting its value in the competitive real estate market.
What is virtual interior styling?
Virtual interior styling or e-design is an online service that allows interior designers or stylists to help clients transform their spaces remotely. Through digital tools, the designer works with the client to create customised design plans, offering everything from layout recommendations to furniture and decor selections, without needing to visit the space in person.
Virtual interior styling is a cost-effective and convenient way for clients to work with professional designers without the need for in-person meetings. It's perfect for those on a budget, with busy schedules, or living in remote areas.
